What You Need to Know Before Playing

By registering an account on ZC888, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZC888 (referred to throughout as "ZC888", "we", "us", or "the platform").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ZC888 platform. Continued use of ZC888 after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These Terms apply to all ZC888 products and services including but not limited to: Live Casino, Online Casino, PSL Betting, Poker, Aviator Game, Ludo Games, and VIP Club. Where a specific product has additional rules — for example, the poker room rake schedule or tournament rules — those rules supplement these Terms and are available within each product section.

To use ZC888 and maintain an active account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ZC888 does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances. Any account found to have been created by or on behalf of a minor will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited. You are solely responsible for verifying the laws applicable to you in your location.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
• You must not be under any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by ZC888 or any associated gaming platform.
• You must not have had a previous ZC888 account closed for violation of these Terms.

ZC888 reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension pending review.

Each individual may hold only one registered ZC888 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, different mobile numbers, or using different devices — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

ZC888 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be asked at any time — and will always be asked before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds — to provide identity verification documents. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your ZC888 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. ZC888 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact ZC888 support immediately.

All ZC888 transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ZC888 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT), Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards.

The minimum deposit on ZC888 is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though VIP accounts may have elevated limits as part of their tier benefits. Deposits are credited to your ZC888 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• All funds deposited must belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of gaming, is strictly prohibited.
• ZC888 does not accept cash deposits or deposits via payment methods not listed above.
• ZC888 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider's standard fees, if any, remain your responsibility.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a verified ZC888 account may be held pending investigation and may be returned to the originating payment method.

ZC888 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any deposit that appears unusual or inconsistent with your account history. This is a fraud prevention measure and is not an accusation of wrongdoing.

ZC888 processes withdrawal requests to verified accounts on a continuous basis. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers (IBFT) are processed within the same business day in most cases.

To request a withdrawal from ZC888, your account must:

• Have completed KYC verification to the required level for the withdrawal amount.
• Have an available balance (bonus funds and wagering-incomplete deposits may not be withdrawable — see Bonus Terms below).
• Not be under any hold, review, or suspension flag.

ZC888 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times quoted are targets, not guarantees — unusual volume periods or payment provider delays may occasionally extend processing times. ZC888 support will notify you if any delay is expected on your withdrawal request.

ZC888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to registered players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of offer. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is shown in the specific promotion terms presented at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses credited to your ZC888 account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses more than once will be treated as fraud and all accounts closed.
• ZC888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus at any time. Bonuses that have not been used within 30 days of being credited will expire automatically.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless ZC888 explicitly states that combining is permitted in the specific promotion terms.
• ZC888 may exclude certain games — typically those with a lower house edge, such as blackjack — from contributing to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are published in the full bonus terms.

ZC888 VIP Club rewards — cashback, reload bonuses, higher withdrawal limits, personal account manager access — are governed by the VIP Club terms available at zc888.biz/vip-club. VIP status is determined by ZC888 at its discretion based on player activity and may be adjusted at any time.

All ZC888 casino and betting products use certified random number generators (RNG) independently audited by approved third-party testing laboratories. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ZC888 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion with other players in poker or any table game — including but not limited to sharing hand information, chip dumping, or coordinated betting strategies.

• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at ZC888 dealers, support staff, or other players via any communication channel on the platform.
• Arbitrage or bonus abuse strategies designed to extract value from ZC888's promotional offers without genuine gaming activity.

ZC888 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets accepted due to a manifest pricing or odds error that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect at the time of placement. In sports betting, bets placed on a market where the outcome was already known at the time of placement will be voided.

ZC888 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a way to resolve money problems. ZC888 provides several tools to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately — increases take 24 hours to apply.
• Session Time Reminders: ZC888 will display a notification after a set duration of continuous gaming to remind you of the time spent.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your ZC888 account for a period of your choosing — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days — during which you will not be able to log in or deposit.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your ZC888 account. This option is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

• The account was registered with false or misleading information.
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.
• The account holder has filed a fraudulent dispute or chargeback with their payment provider.
• The account shows signs of being operated by or on behalf of a minor.

In cases of serious breach, ZC888 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed — particularly in cases of fraud or bonus abuse — ZC888 may forfeit the balance. ZC888 will provide written notice of suspension via the registered email or mobile number where possible, though it is not required to do so where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting ZC888 support. Outstanding balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard security checks.

ZC888 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, ZC888 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from technical errors. ZC888 will not be liable for losses caused by:

• Temporary interruptions to the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond ZC888's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Betting or gaming decisions made by you on the ZC888 platform — ZC888 is not responsible for outcomes of games of chance or skill.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers rather than ZC888 itself.

ZC888's total liability to any player under these Terms shall not exceed the amount that player has deposited in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits ZC888's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

ZC888 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, ZC888 will notify registered players via the mobile number or email on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For non-material changes — such as minor clarifications — ZC888 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page without prior notification.

If you disagree with an update, you have the right to close your ZC888 account before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through ZC888's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. ZC888 does not submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any specific court.
